Combining quick bursts of intense exercise with short rest periods, High Intensity Interval Training is a great way to get your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time in a fun group environment.
Whether a total beginner or more experienced, this class will definitely challenge you both mentally and physically. More importantly it will be a very fun workout especially if you bring along your friends!
In most cases, you can expect to do calisthenics, such as pullups, pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. A boot camp workout is essentially a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.
An excellent cardiovascular workout, running in a friendly and social group environment will encourage you to turn up consistently and keep making progress. Whatever your fitness level, finding the motivation to run will not be a challenge in these sessions.
A tough combination of cardio and strength both focused on your core, this session will not only help towards building great abs, but will target the often neglected back, hip and leg muscles that build a bulletproof core.
