In a session four to five asanas are addressed that are combined with breathing techniques to make your self aware of your body. We work with small groups or one on one sessions to maximise personal attention. The yoga classes are accessible to everyone, our experienced instructor will make sure both beginner and the advanced can get the maximum from out of this experience.
